When I see someone get interrupted, I make sure to make eye contact and roll my eyes so they know that what happened wasnt okay. If its a blatantly disrespectful interruption, I have absolutely held my hand up at the interrupter and said, Id like to hear the rest of what (interrupted) has to say, I value your addition but please wait a moment. and motion for the interrupted person to continue. I spent too much of my life getting interrupted and no longer tolerate it so I try to use my newfound ability to set boundaries for others, as well.
Yes, some people do call me a bitch, but Id rather be a bitch than an enabler of mistreatment.
